Our Easy Street resto bar, one of the busiest in the area, is the place to grab a bite to eat after a day of skiing. The kids can enjoy a hot chocolate while friends gather for a drink. The relaxed atmosphere and views of the slopes are sure to please everyone!

The Bar team leader asigns tasks to Bar staff and ensures the availability of bar supplies.

Responsabilities

• Account for items on hand and prepare purchase orders necessary to maintain adequate inventory levels in liquor and supply warehouses.

• Verifies the compliance and quality of merchandise used in the bar; ensures that non-conforming merchandise is returned and replaced.

• Inspects the operation of dispensing equipment and systems and arranges for maintenance and repairs as needed.

• Organizes dining room service 

• Performs bartending duties

• Prepares work schedules and tracks hours worked by bar staff

• Ensures application of customer service and bar operations policies; demonstrates work methods and supervises performance of tasks.

Experience

Two (2) years of bartending experience required, including supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Hygiene and Food Safety – Food Handler certification (an asset)

• At least one (1) year of basic bartending training from a recognized organization
